Bruschetta Italian recipes is consists of  toasted bread with  an olive  oil and garlic but sometime tomatoes has been added to the recipe to become more delicious. This Italian recipe mostly serve before meal like the other Italian dishes. Other Italians make other variation of this recipe by adding some topping like vegetable or beans but the most popular recipes is made of  basil, fresh tomato, garlic and onion or mozzarella.


 Bruschetta Italian recipe Ingredients:

- 1 can Del Monte Italian Recipe Stewed Tomatoes (Optional brand)
- 1 garlic clove, crushed
- 2 tablespoo. chopped of fresh basil or 1 teaspoon of. dried basil
- 1/2 loaf of  baguette bread and  it in sliced 1/2 inch thick
- 1 tablespoon of. olive oil

 Bruschetta Italian cooking process:

- Drain the fresh tomatoes, reserving liquid.
-  In a small saucepan, boil reserved liquid with garlic 5-6 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Remove it from heat.
- Chop tomatoes; combine with garlic mixture and basil.
- Brush bread slices with olive oil. Broil until golden.
- Top with tomato mixture; serve immediately.

In Italy Braciole is a simple recipe made in sliced and  pan-fried or grilled pure meat and sometimes chicken and  pork are the other alternatives of making Braciole Italian recipe. This dish are usually serve before the meal. 


Braciole Italian recipe Ingredients:

- 10 thinly slices of meat, pork or chicken
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- Olive oil about 4 to 5 tablespoon
- 1/2 cups of bread crumbs
- 1/2 cup of minced fresh parsley
- 1/2 of cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon of dried oregano
- 1 small onions
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- Clean water
- 2 cans of Delmonte tomato sauce (optional brand)
- 1 teaspoon of seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon of sugar
- Hot cooked spaghetti, optional


Braciole Italian recipe cooking process:

- Flatten the meat into 1/2-in. thickness.
- Rub with 1 tablespoon olive oil.
- Mixed the bread crumbs, parsley, cheese, garlic, oregano, 1/4 teaspoon salt and 1/4 teaspoon pepper. - --- Spoon over beef to within 1 in. of edges; press down. Roll up jelly-roll style, starting with a long side; tie with kitchen string.
- In a Dutch oven, brown meat in remaining oil on all sides.
- Add the small sliced onion and cook it until tender.
- Add the tomato sauce, the clean of  1 cup water, Italian seasoning, 1/2 teaspoon of sugar and remaining salt and pepper.
- wait until the souce is boiling.
- Reduce the heat and cover it then simmer for 80-90 minutes or until meat is tender.
- Now your Braciole Italian recipe is ready to serve before the meals.
